As a newly founded company, the company concentrates primarily on new customers and orders – less on telephony and less on the… But especially the telephone accessibility is also important for a startup. On the brand-new business cards of new founders you can always see a mobile phone number as a contact option – not a landline number. That doesn’t make a good external impact – because it creates the impression that the start-up company is not yet ready, has perhaps not yet found a firm seat or suitable office space.

In this case we have the Phonalisa Startup Edition in our program. It is specially designed for founders and contains all the important functions that a young company needs for its telephony.

What’s inside the Phonalisa Startup-Edition?

  • no extension restriction
  • 1 Conference room
  • 2 language menus
  • 3 Call groups
  • 1 Queue (with reduced functionality)
  • Immediate call forwarding to phone numbers, AB or announcement
  • up to 200 speed dials
  • Xing and iCloud Connectors
  • further function packages can be purchased

Practical example

We work together with a large number of different SIP providers and also arrange these according to the requirements of the customers.

With the SIP providers, the new founders can buy one or more number blocks and then distribute them internally to the extensions. This is quick and easy and can be implemented within one working day.

So one can communicate a fixed net call number instead of the mobile phone number to the potential prospective customers. That this phone number is still routed to the mobile phone because you are at a trade fair or in a customer meeting – you don’t have to tell anyone 😉

Important note: In order to benefit from the discounted channel price, you must not have been established more than 3 years ago (proof of establishment must be provided). If your company is using the Startup Edition and would like to continue using Phonalisa as a Startup version for more than 3 years – this is still possible without any problems. You are not forced to upgrade!
