Integrated fax server

The system provides an integrated fax server. You can easily send and receive faxes. For this purpose use you can use the web interface of Phonalisa for example. Of course, faxes can be forwarded by email, too.

Jabber/XMPP Chat-Server

Phonalisa offers an instant messaging server based on the widely used XMPP / Jabber protocol. The presence control can be used on this service. There are many Jabber clients on all platforms that are compatible with the system. The open and extensible protocol makes Phonalisa very future-proof.

Incoming voicemails can be forwarded to your email account.

Flexible call forwarding with scenarios

You can create as many call forwarding scenarios. These in turn can include different rules and objectives. You can switch between these scenarios directly on your phone, the web interface or using the CTI client.

Redirecting based on the presence status

The redirection based on the presence status is one of the innovative Unified Communications features. Call forwarding is activated automatically when your Instant Messenger (Jabber, iChat, …) has the status, offline or signaled logged out. Calls are then, for example, passed to another internal extension or your voicemail box.

Redirecting based on the contact type

Each contact can be assigned a contact type. You can choose a preset from the system eg. VIP, office, family, … or you assign your own. In the redirection settings you can then select the contact type as a filter. For example this makes it possible that your family will always be redirected to your mobile phone and all others to you voicemail if you leave your office.

Redirect based of call source (internal/external)

You can simply redirect external calls only, using the call source filter.

Redirecting based on the date/time

With this function you have the possibility to use one or more time profiles for your call redirection. For example you can define a time profile for your working hours, vacation time or anything else.

Redirection based on the phone status

The phone is busy, logged off, or cannot picked up? For all these cases you can create a custom redirection.

Different redirection targets

In each rule you can define an arbitrary destination. You can route the calls to your voicemail with a personal message or your mobile phone for example.

Immediate redirection

Of course, you can also forward your calls to „immediately“.

Call list for group calls

Each call went to a group is listed on the dashboard with relevant symbol. A call note can be stored, which can then be read by all group members.

Call note function

For every phone call, every voice message recording and for every fax you can leave a note. What did you talk with one of your contacts with the last phone call? What was the combined contents of the last voice message? With a note, you make things clearer.

Send and receive faxes

To send a fax has never been so easy: Enter the phone number, select the document, send, done!

Received faxes can also be found in an overview on the dashboard and can be viewed directly in the browser or saved with the download button.

Private calendar and group calendars

A group calendar can be viewed and edited by all members of a group. A private calendar is assigned to a group. Each member can create their own private events that sees no other member of the group.

Define event types

Assign a particular event type to your appointments. For this, you can select a pre-defined by the system or set your own, e.g. call, conference, business trip.

Private and group address books

A group address can be viewed and edited by all members of a group. A private address is assigned to a group, but each member can create your own private contacts.
